Add On Card :	Joining Fee: Rs 4999/- + GST Annual Fee: Rs 1999/- + GST Annual fee will be waived if annual spend on the add on card exceeds Rs. 5.0 lakh from date of activation Spend for Primary & add on cards will be calculated separately for waiver of Annual Fee and Milestones benefits.
